No, adri, remember different school districts are different- in my school that was normal to turn ten in third grade. They did not admit kids into kindergarten until they were like six years old already, that is just the way they did it. (That's why I was always the youngest in class, because I had transfered from a district where you started kindergarten at age 4 or 5, so when I moved here I was always younger than the other kids in my class.)
Different school districts are different ways. I think we had a thread on this already, but I don't know if it's been pushed out by new posts or what. It might still be there, on a different page.
